Meditation
Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

For thousands of years, sound has been used ease anxiety and promote a sense of well-being, bringing balance to the mental, physical, and spiritual plane. Sound Meditation is a healing practice that allows us to experience inner calm and deep relaxation, through engagement of the parasympathetic nerve.
