Good Morning Yoga

Ease into your morning with this uplifting morning flow!

Awaken your body and energize your mind so you're mentally and physically uplifted for the day! This is a yoga class for everyone, in Hatha Style. We will have also have some deep ambient house music to move to, with a carefully curated playlist to help put us in the perfect mental space.

We will bring your mind, body, and breath into sync, and leave you in the perfect place of balance and peace.

YogaX

YogaX combines yoga positions and movements with High Intensity Interval Training.

Tim's breakthrough YogaX, helps boost your metabolic rate for hours after exercise, loosing fat and gaining muscle, as well as improving oxygen consumption. A HIIT program tailored with yoga movements and positions that will fire you up and then cooool you down!

This class is ideal for yogis who don’t often exercise outside of their regular practice or for athletes looking for a new challenge.

Playa Power Hour

For the Burners: let's bring the playa spirit down to our mat and get together in this Vinyasa Yoga Power Hour, powered by the best Burning Man DJ sets.

Classes start with deep breathing and stillness to help you find your ground and connection to ourselves and the Universe. Then we will move into a Vinyasa Flow that will both challenge you & bring you to a peaceful resolve. All done to amazing music of the playa, beautiful deep house DJ sets from the amazing burns of years past!

Beginner to intermediate levels welcome.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a type of therapy that utilizes breathing exercises to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health. Many forms of breathwork therapy exist today, all which involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. 

Each type of breathwork has its own unique methods of using the breath for healing purposes. It draws from Eastern practices like Yoga and Tai Chi, while incorporating Western psychotherapy techniques.

Breathwork brings about self-awareness, and is a therapy that can be used with individuals, couples, and groups.

Sound Meditation Experience

A 60 min sound journey to relax your senses and clear your mind. For thousands of years, sound has been used ease anxiety and promote a sense of well-being, bringing balance to the mental, physical, and spiritual plane. Sound Meditation is a healing practice that allows us to experience inner calm and deep relaxation, through engagement of the parasympathetic nerve.

We begin this class with some breath work exercise to bring you to a place of deep meditation and surrender. Then we begin the journey of deep sound, that will allow for both tension and release. Sound Meditation is used to move beyond the mind's busy activity and emotional turbulence into profound peace and expanded awareness.

Sound to Sleep

A Lighthearted sound escape to end your day.

Using Singing Bowls, Chimes, and many other instruments to bring you to a place of calm tranquility. We begin each “Sound to Sleep” with some deep intentional breathing, bringing us to connection with ourselves, and allowing for a space of introspection. Then let the sound waves take you away!

All from the coziness of your own bed.

Let the sound move through you, entering dreamland from a most restful, peaceful place, and drift away into slumber. A perfect midweek meditation to release and resolve.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

It’s about training yourself in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them.

It’s about taking a journey within yourself, and allowing yourself to release to a place of true clarity, to be clear, and connected to the universe from within.
