A series of tests that helps your trainer determine your physical fitness level and aids in developing your personalized program. The results can identify your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your physical fitness and help in setting attainable fitness goals. We will start you out with small goals that will eventually lead to your final goal and show you exactly how to get there. Creating a time table that maps out your goals will show you what to expect along the way and help you be realistic about your progress.
Personalized Programming
We will develop a program tailored to you specifically. By setting realistic goals based on your abilities and make adjustments where and when necessary. If you are in any need of demonstration, we will send you a video of how to do, and the correct posture for exercise questioned. Being educated while exercising is essential in maximizing effectiveness and reducing risk of injury. We will teach you everything you need to know. together we will put together the perfect program to help you achieve your goals!
BODY: Workouts for Anywhere, Anytime, on YOUR schedule
Many of us are on the go and love to travel, or really just don’t have the time to make it to the gym, don’t let that stop you! Our workout programs you can do anywhere, anytime. no gym needed! Whether you prefer working out really early in the morning before work, on your lunch hour or late at night, your training program will be made to appease you, at a time that works best for you, anywhere you go. You decide the where and when.
MIND: Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork
We also offer both live and recorded classes of yoga, meditation, and sound-meditation, to help guide you, and bring you into place of real rest and recovery, from the inside out. We emphasize the importance 0f these practices, passed down through the generations. We will create the space to help you to dive deeper into understanding of yourself and the universe around you. NUTRITION: Macros, Calories & Meal Planning
We will guide you in the area of food and nutrition, on what to eat and when. In order to lead a healthy lifestyle we will create a custom macro and caloric plan based on your body and goals! With a proper diet and more intentional eating habits, that is both fitting to your lifestyle and your taste, you will see and feel the results!
AYURVEDA: The Science of Life
Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life, correct thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs.
